Julie Hegedus

For years my passion was dentistry, which was my vocation, and I dabbled in art. With the passage of the years my focus changed to the pursuit of art in watercolor. Watercolor is a natural media for an artist in Western Michigan surrounded by water, sandy beaches, and snow. The light patterns and shadows developed in the region are colorful and exciting. My art education is through workshops, and books. I have had exhibitions in Western Michigan and Florida and have paintings in private collections in the US and Scotland.
