Patti Sevensma

Growing up along the coast of Lake Michigan, I have always been fascinated by the water.  It’s easy to see the influence the lake has had on my work. Loretta Sailors, my mentor, provided instruction and encouragement to keep trying and finding my own artistic voice. Today I am fearless when it comes to trying a new technique or approach. That freedom is an invaluable part of my art and my life.
